CHITAU PITHA
In Frame : CHITAU PITHA ,This Pitha is made in Odisha especially on the occasion of Chitalagi Amabasya also called Chitau Amabasya. This Pitha is made with two basic ingredients i.e rice and coconut. This Pitha itself has a mild sweet taste with coconut flavour and is really tasty and soft in texture. These rice pancakes or pitha goes well with lukewarm milk, kheer or even with any chutney.
